This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.repetitionbypeterbezuijen.com (the “Site”) or communicate with us by other means or for another purpose.

For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”), the data controller is Peter Bezuijen Art. By Data Controller, this means Peter Bezuijen Art determines the purposes and way in which any personal data are, or will be, processed.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or marketing relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect (in particular, your IP address) to help us screen for potential risk and fraud and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use Shopify to host our Site, power our online store and process purchase transactions on our behalf. WEBSITE USERS PLUS INAPPROPRIATE WEBSITE CONTENT

If you post or send any content that we believe to be inappropriate, offensive or in breach of any laws, make defamatory statements on our forums or social media pages, we may use your personal information to inform relevant third parties such as your internet provider or law enforcement agencies.

EMAILS TERMS OF USE

Emails aren’t always secure, and they may be intercepted or changed after they’ve been sent. We do not accept liability if this happens. We strongly urge you to not send us any financial data via email.

NEWSLETTER

We use MailChimp to manage all subscriptions to our mailing lists and to manage the creation and sending of newsletters and emails to subscribers of those lists. Some of the emails we send to you may contain a ‘web beacon pixel’ or tracked links which allow us to identify when you have opened the email and to verify which links contained in the email you have accessed. We use this information to determine which parts of our emails are of most interest to you.
You can delete the pixel by deleting the email. If you do not wish to download the pixel to your computer or other device, you can ensure this by selecting to receive emails from us in plain text rather than HTML.

You may ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information that is inaccurate. Where you inform us of this, we will correct our records accordingly. You have a right to prevent us from processing your data for the purposes of marketing. We will act in accordance with your instructions as soon as reasonably possible. You have the right to refer a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (“ICO”).

HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE AND WHO HAS ACCESS TO IT
